Tomato Juice could save your life!
Juicing with tomato's has such amazing health benefits.
Tomatoes are not a vegetable but actually fall into the “fruit” class. Tomato Juice has been filled with such a vast array of vitamins and minerals to help nourish, detox and repair the body.
Since there are so many ways to get tomato inside your stomach, you have no reason not to enjoy the health benefits of tomato juice, you can make it with your very own juicer. You can use them in practically anything and we show people a vast array of juice recipes and healthy eating recipes at our JR juice retreats, detox retreats and weight loss retreats that incorporate tomato and all other gorgeous superfoods.
Make a detox salad or juice them with a cocktail of other healthy vegetables. However you decide to consume them, remember that raw is better and of course using your juicer to create tomato juice regularly will be a fantastic way of getting this health giving wonderfood into your system.
Lycopene – Tomato Juice Power
One of the greatest and best known benefits of juicing tomato is its magic ingredient lycopene. It is a powerful antioxidant found in a tomato and its juice that is known as “the Cancer Destroyer”. Tomato juice wil wage war against cancerous formations, as well as other health complications. The health benefits of broccoli and broccoli juice make it a great cancer-fighting vegetable also, perfect to detox and nourish every cell in the body.
Antioxidants in fresh tomato juice work to neutralize free-radicals (cancer-causing agents) and repair cell damage.
Unfortunately, the human body is unable to create lycopene so we need to gobble some red fruit (ie. tomato) to get it. These are best consumed raw or in juice form, freshly squeezed from organic produce in your home juicer. You are able to find Lycopene in other fruit and vegetable juice but none so much as the king Lycopene machine that is tomato.
