Strawberry Banana Smoothie

Strawberry Banana Smoothie

1 Banana 1 Cup of Strawberries 1/2 Cup Milk (Dairy, Soy, Nut etc) Using the smoothie strainer on your JR Ultra Juicer, simply add all the ingredients into the juicer with the juice cap closed. Allow the ingredients to mix for a couple of minutes or until the desired texture is reached. Add more or less milk for desired thickness. Open the juice cap and allow the mixture to pour into your glass and serve. A gorgeous smoothie that's high in potassium, vitamin C and soluble fibre.

Avocado Pineapple Smoothie

Avocado Pineapple Smoothie

1 Soft Ripe Avocado (Peeled, Stone Removed) 1 Cup of pineapple chunks (Peeled and Cored) 1 Banana (Peeled) 1/2 Cup of Milk (or alternative milk) Ensure all ingredients are peeled and hard stones removed. Remove the pineapple core and add all ingredients to your JR Ultra Juicer ensuring that the Juice Cap is closed. Allow the ingredients to well mix and then open the juice cap to pour. This is an extremely filling, thick and creamy smoothie full of healthy fats, vitamins and minerals.

Orange Berry Smoothie

1 Whole Large Orange (Peeled) 1 Cup Frozen Blueberries 1 Cup Frozen Raspberries 2 tbs nutural yogurt (or alternative yogurt) (optional 1/4 cup milk) Allow 10 minutes for all frozen ingredients to defrost at room temperature. Peel the orange and add all ingredients into the JR Ultra Juicer with smoothie attachment. Keep the juice cap closed to allow for a smooth mixture. Once mixed, open the juice cap and serve. Enjoy this refreshing smoothie with a sprinkle of cinnamon.

Orange, Pomegranate and Raspberry

1 Whole Orange (Peeled 1 Whole Pomegranate (Only use the seeds) 1/2 Cup Organic Raspberries (Optional Natural Yogurt or Milk, Soy or Nut Milk) Use the smoothie strainer with your JR Ultra Juicer. Add all prepared fruit to the JR Ultra Juicer with Juice Cap closed. Once the Juicer starts to create the smoothie, you can add milk or yogurt to change the texture of the smoothie as desired. Open the juice cap and serve. This smoothie is high in vitamin C and antioxidants and tastes fantastic

Baby Spinach and Peach Smoothie

Baby Spinach and Peach Smoothie

2 Handfuls Baby Spinach 1 Knuckle Fresh Ginger (peeled) 2 Cups Sliced Peaches (optional frozen, thaw for 8-10 minutes) 1/2 - 1 Cup of milk, water, juice etc. (add more or less liquid for desired consistency) Using the smoothie strainer of your JR Ultra Juicer, add all ingredients to the juicer with the juice cap closed. Alternatively blend all ingredients in your home blender. Add more or less fluid for desired consistency then open the juice cap and serve.

Kale Mango Smoothie

1 Banana Peeled 1 Cup of Mango Peeled and De-Seeded 4 Large Kale Leaves 1/2 Cup soaked cashew nuts 1/2 Cup of Milk (or almond, soy, coconut milk etc) Ensure that the cashews have had a good pre soak before processing and then simply add all ingredients to your JR Ultra Juicer using the smoothie strainer, ensuring that the juice cap is closed. Allow the ingredients to mix in the juicer until the desired texture is reached and then release the juice cap to serve.

Blueberry Kiwi Smoothie

Blueberry Kiwi Smoothie

2 Ripe Kiwis (peeled, quartered, frozen) 1/2 Cup Frozen Blueberries 5 Fresh Strawberries 1/2 Cup Milk (or alternative milk) Allow all frozen ingredients to defrost for about 10 minutes at room temperature before processing. Using frozen ingredients makes a thicker smoothie and is a good idea when processing berries. Close the juice cap and add all ingredients to the JR Ultra Juicer with smoothie strainer. Allow all ingredients to mix in the juicer. Open the juice cap to serve.
