If your product has become faulty and you feel that you are entitled to make a claim under our warranty claim terms and conditions section on the T&C page, please fill in all your details below.

 

Please include a description of the fault and any supporting information that you feel will speed your claim through (photographic evidence etc)

 

Once you have filled in your details a member of the JR team will be in touch to discuss your claim. 

 

Please be aware that to be eligible for a warranty claim you must be able to provide your original receipt of purchase and we only warrant the purchaser of the product.
